Do you charge for product searches?

No. We will do the work needed to find promotional products that meet your needs – for FREE. We will not charge you for product searches or estimates.

I want to see a sample before I order, is this possible?

While it depends on the product, we will do our best to make sure you can touch and see the product before ordering. We know this is of particular importance when it comes to clothing.

What if I want a product that’s not on your website?

We are happy to find the product you are looking for. Let us know what you want and we will work with you to source the product.

Do I have to pay for designs?

The design cost is FREE for majority of orders. For more complex orders, with a variety of design requirements, the cost will be discussed with the client upfront.

Do you charge a set-up fee?

Yes we sometimes charge a set-up fee as each piece is brand to your needs. This fee will be listed in our quote, if there is one.

Do you ship across Canada?

Yes, we ship to any location across Canada. Simply let us know at the time of order if you wish a different delivery address.
